Bubble Dyed Shirt
- Prewash shirt in warm, soapy water. This helps to remove any finishes that may interfere with dye absorption. Leave damp and set aside.
- Wearing rubber gloves, add 1 tbsp of All-Purpose Liquid dye to 2 cups of bubble solution and mix well.
- Place damp t-shirt flat on a covered surface.
- Aim and blow the dye bubble solution from step 2 over damp t-shirt.
- Allow the bubbles land and pop on the shirt to create round, splatter patterns.
- Once desired look is achieved, spray with ColorStay Dye Fixative to set the dye. This helps to enhance the colors and reduce bleeding.
- Rinse in cool water until rinse water begins to run clear. This is very important to prevent unabsorbed dye from bleeding into any other areas.
- Wash in cold water with a mild detergent, rinse and dry.
